Kimberly Lynn Brown and Justin Ray Jellison are planning a Sept. 25 wedding.
Kimberly is a 2000 graduate of Jay County High School.
She works at Peyton’s Northern in Bluffton. Her parents are Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Brown, 146 North 1100 West, Dunkirk.
Justin is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jellison, 109 Mangold Drive, Portland.
