Mr. and Mrs. Kit McClung, Portland, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kerri Jo, to Carson Phillip George, the son of the late Carson George and Margo George.
Kerri is a graduate of Jay County High School and graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2004 with a degree in elementary education. She is employed as a technology facilitator for Parkwood Elementary School in Durham, N.C.
Her fiancé is a graduate of South Johnston High School, Smithfield, N.C., and attended Johnson Community College. He is a customer service representative for Agri Supply in Micro, N.C.
The couple will exchange vows July 7, at the Church of the Brethren in Portland.[[In-content Ad]]
