Cary Jo Pfeifer and Richard E. Sigler will exchange vows during a July 7 ceremony.
Cary is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Pfeifer, Salamonia. She is a 1988 graduate of Jay County High school and is a production scheduler/payroll administrator for Jay Products in Portland.
Her fiancé is the son of Debra Sigler, Union City, and the late Bill Sigler. He is a graduate of Union City Community High School and is a supervisor at Jay Products.[[In-content Ad]]
