Melanie B. Martin and Joseph R. Vinson are planning an Oct. 27 wedding.
Melanie is graduating from Ball State University this month as a registered nurse and plans to work at Jay County or Ball Memorial Hosptial. She is the daughter of Shane and Tina Martin, Portland.
