DeBoy, Guggenbiller to wed
Chelsea Alyse DeBoy and Dustin Henry Guggenbiller are planning an Aug. 6 wedding at First Church of the Nazarene, Portland.
Chelsea is the daughter of Rex and Honey DeBoy, Albany, and Chris and Tami Toney, Farmland. She is a 2006 graduate of Jay County High School and a 2010 graduate of Ball State University and is working toward her master’s in education in school counseling from St. Francis University in Fort Wayne. She is employed at Meridian Services, Muncie, and the Jay School Corporation.
Dustin is the son of Dave and Linda Guggenbiller, Portland. He is a 2005 graduate of Fort Recovery High School and graduated from the University of Northwestern, Ohio, for diesel mechanics in 2008. He is employed at Hull Brother’s, Fort Recovery.[[In-content Ad]]
