Fort drops three

CONVOY, Ohio — The struggles continued for the Fort Recovery High School volleyball team at Saturday’s Lady Knight Invitational hosted by Crestview.
The Indians dropped all three matches — 25-16, 25-18 to the host Crusaders, 28-26, 25-21 to Division IV No. 7 St. Paul and 25-11, 25-13 to Ottawa-Glandorf — and have now lost nine in a row. Division IV No. 1 Marion Local won the tournament.
Abby Backs had 24 digs in the loss to St. Paul, and Kayla Kahlig served 14 points. Shelby Brunswick and Ericka Lennartz each added five kills.
Holly Brunswick finished with three kills and three points against Ottawa-Glandorf, and also had four kills in the loss to Crestview.[[In-content Ad]]
