Megan Franks and James Bihn are planning a Sept. 5 wedding at Mary Help of Christian Catholic Church in Fort Recovery.
Megan is the daughter of Jeri Garringer, Ridgeville, and Richard Franks, Portland. She is a 2003 graduate of Jay County High School and is completing her accounting degree at Manchester College.
James is the son of Barbara Link and the late Leonard Bihn of rural Jay County. He graduated from Jay County High School in 2001 and is employed at Moser Engineering. He is also involved in farming and has a turkey operation near Fort Recovery.[[In-content Ad]]
