Berengere Frerot and Chris Cole are planning a July 15 wedding at Mount Tabor United Methodist Church in Dunkirk.
An exchange student from France, Berengere graduated from Jay County High School with the class of 1999. She earned a master’s degree in business and languages from the University of Burgundy, France.
Chris graduated from Millikan High School in Long Beach, Calif., in 1990. He is production supervisor at Third Degree Sportswear in Huntington Beach, Calif.
