Geneva gets fire grant
Town receives $93,000
GENEVA - The fire department here has been awarded a $93,761 grant to make several equipment purchases.
The Geneva Fire Department received a U.S. Department of Homeland Security Assistance to Firefighters Grant to purchase new turnout gear, a machine to wash the gear and a station to fill air packs.
A total of 29 sets of turnout gear will be purchased.
The grant was announced Wednesday by the office of U.S. Sen. Dick Lugar (R-Ind.)[[In-content Ad]]
