Shelby Gierhart and Nathan Helm are planning a June 2 wedding at Hudson Family Park in Portland.
Shelby is the daughter of Richie Gierhart and Julie DeHoff of Portland. She is a 2009 graduate of Cookeville High School in Cookeville, Tenn., and a graduate of Amber’s Beauty School in Muncie.
Nathan is the son of Doug and Lu Ann Helm of Redkey. He is a 2007 graduate of Jay County High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Ball State University in 2011.
