Heather Allison Gillespie and Rodney Joseph Miles, both of Sarasota, Fla., are planning an April 24 wedding on Lido Beach in Sarasota.
Heather is the daughter of former Jay County residents Jan and Nancy Gillespie, Upland, and the granddaughter of Rachel Stultz, Portland. She is a graduate of Eastbrook High School in Marion and earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from Taylor University in Upland. She is the owner of Miles Scheduling in Sarasota.
Rodney is the son of Kimberly Colgate, Sarasota, and Gordon Miles, Diamondale, Mich. He is a graduate of Haslett High School in Haslett, Mich., and attended Lansing Community College, Lansing, Mich. He is employed in sales with Honda Cars of Bradenton.[[In-content Ad]]
