Cassy Nicole Waters and Cody Allan Hutzler are planning a Dec. 30 wedding.
A 2002 graduate of Jay County High School, Cassy attends Ball Memorial Hospital School of Radiologic Technology and plans to graduate in May of 2007. She is employed at Jay County Hospital in the radiology department and is the daughter of Ms. Candace Waters and Mick Waters, both of Portland.
Cody graduated from Jay County High School in 2006 and is training to be a munitions systems technician in the U.S. Air Force. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hutzler, Portland.[[In-content Ad]]
