JCCA princial gives thanks
Letters to the Editor
To the editor:
This letter is to express my appreciation for all those people who helped make National School Choice Week such a tremendous success at Jay County Christian Academy.
It takes many people working together to make any endeavor successful.
Thank you to all the JCCA teachers, staff and volunteers for the planning, effort and time required on a project such as this. Thank you also to all the parents who volunteered to help run the carnival games. The students really enjoyed the activities.
In addition, thank you to State Rep. Bill Davis and Portland Mayor Randy Geesaman for giving of their time during National School Choice Week. I know they both have very busy schedules. Also, thank you to Michael Bandy of Spectrum Ministries of Indianapolis. Your talk to our students Tuesday was inspirational.
Last, but certainly not least, a big thank you goes to the following generous merchants for donating wonderful door prizes: American Legion (Albany), Arby’s, Brown Bowl, Burger King, Clear Chiropractic, Country Creek Primitives, Cute As A Button, El Camino, Fisher Packing, Great Wall, Jay Petroleum, LeMaster Enterprises, Locker’s Touch of Country, MainStreet Market, Niki’s, Patriot Sportswear, Pepsi, Pete’s Duck Inn, Pizza Hut, Pizza King, Radiant Reflections, Red Gold, Richards Restaurant, Schmit Chiropractic and Subway.
We believe we achieved our goal, which was to let people in Jay County know a little bit more about Jay County Christian Academy and what we have to offer students.
With gratitude,
Michael Eads, principal, Jay County Christian Academy[[In-content Ad]]
