Julie A. Johnson and Kelly C. Norton are planning to exchange vows Nov. 22.
Miss Johnson is the daughter of Gerald Johnson and Sandra Johnson, both of Portland. She is a 2003 graduate of Jay County High School and is currently attending Ball State University.
Her fiancé is the son of Alvin and Barbara Norton, Portland. He is also a 2003 graduate of Jay County High School.
