Sarah Elizabeth Osenbaugh and Phillip Moorman are planning a July 14 wedding at Portland First Church of the Nazarene.
A 2000 graduate of Jay County High School, Sarah earned an associate's degree from Ivy Tech in 2005 in early childhood education. She is employed at St. Paul Childcare in Andrews and is the daughter of David and Freeda Osenbaugh, Portland.
Phillip graduated from Oak Hill High School in 1998 and from Lincoln Tech of Indianapolis in 1999. He is employed at Koenig Equipment and is the son of John and Sheila Moorman, Swayzee.[[In-content Ad]]
