Kaup, a senior, was first in the MAC in scoring with a 16.7 regular-season average. She led Fort Recovery to a 15-7 overall record and a 7-2 mark to finish third in the conference.

A strong player of the year candidate, Kaup was also among the conference leaders in free throw percentage (78 percent), assists (70), steals (58) and 3-pointers. She was also among the leaders in 3-pointers made, finishing the regular season with 39.

She went on to hit four long balls in the sectional tournament, setting a new school record for 3-pointers in a single season with 43.

Stein wasn’t far behind in long-distance shooting. She finished the year at third in school history with 37 3-pointers, and was the MAC leader at 45 percent from beyond the arc.

Tobe finished among the MAC leaders in free throw shooting with a 77 percent mark from the foul line. He also averaged 12.5 points per game and five rebounds, and ended the regular season with 40 assists and 25 steals.
