Dawn Marie Kelsay and David Lee May are planning a July 23 wedding at the Redkey Community Baptist Church.
A 2005 graduate of Winchester Community High School, Dawn is employed at All About Flowers and Gifts in Winchester. Her parents are Edward R. Kelsay and Michelle A. and Scott E. Mumbower, Ridgeville.
David graduated from Jay County High School in 1999 and is employed at Cooper Farms in St. Henry, Ohio. He is the son of Gloria L. and Randy J. May, Redkey.
