Kendra K. Fowler and Daniel M. Rhoton are planning an Oct. 9 wedding.
Kendra is the daughter of Michael and Sharon Fowler, Portland, and is a 2003 graduate of Jay County High School. She earned bachelor's degrees in criminal justice and psychology and is pursuing a master's degree in gerontology from the University of Indianapolis. She is administrative assistant for annual giving and research advancement at University of Indianapolis.
Daniel is the son of Bruce and Pam Rhoton, Millersport, Ohio. He is a 2003 graduate of Cowan High School and earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and master's degree in applied sociology. He works as a police officer at University of Indianapolis.[[In-content Ad]]
