Learning camps begin June 23

To the editor:
Through the generosity of those who support United Way of Jay County, The Portland Foundation and the Rotary Club of Portland, Summer Born to Learn camps will be offered to families in Dunkirk, Portland, Redkey, Pennville and Bryant. This opportunity is free to families with children between the ages of infant through entry into kindergarten.
Families will be able to participate in learning about the community and safety, a library day to share the value of reading, fire safety, fun at the pool to focus on water safety and other curriculum/activities that support healthy child development.

The first in a series of camps will be offered in Dunkirk from June 23 through 27.
