Lori A. Bubp Lee and James D. Latham Jr., both of Beaufort, S.C., are planning to wed on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the couple’s home with notary Cindy Hart receiving their vows.
Lori is the daughter of Larry A. and Janice Bubp, Portland.
James is the son of James D. Sr. and Lois Latham of Beaufort.
