Josh Ludy, JCHS class of 2008, scored during Baylor's 6-4 win over Lamar in the Fort Worth Regional. The Bears added a 4-2 win over Arizona before their tournament journey came to a close in the regional championship with a 9-0 loss to TCU.

He also had a walk in the seventh inning.
The sophomore also had a hit and an RBI as the Bears defeated No. 12 Oklahoma 8-3 May 28 in the quarterfinal round Big 12 Tournament. He scored a run in the opening round against 25th-ranked Kansas State.
He went 1-for-1 with an RBI on the final day of Baylor's regular-season in a 12-7 win over Oklahoma State.
