Mann thanked for efforts (8/5/03)

We want to thank Tami Mann, director of Jay County emergency management, for her help and consideration of our small village during the recent flooding. With the entire county having problems at the same time, we feel she did an outstanding job and that Jay County is fortunate in having someone with her ability and expertise as director.

Thanks to those from out-of-town who came to help, and also thanks to Ohio resident Gary Miller for trucking in sand.
