Tracey Minnich and Jeff Litmer are planning a May 12 wedding.
Tracey is the daughter of Gregg and Donna Minnich, Portland. A Jay County High School graduate, she earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Indiana University. She plans to attend nursing school and is employed by State of the Heart Home Health and Hospice.
Jeff is the son of Mike and Dorothy Litmer, Fort Recovery, and a graduate of Fort Recovery High School. He has an associate's degree in computer networking and works for Home Idea Center in Fort Recovery.[[In-content Ad]]
