Penny, Valentine to wed
Anne Elizabeth Penny and Gary Alan Valentine are planning a wedding on August 21 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in St. Charles, Ill.
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mike and Betsy Penny, St. Charles, Anne graduated from St. Charles High School in 1987.
She is a 1991 graduate of Butler University in Indianapolis and is employed by the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir.
Gary is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John A. and Nancy E. Valentine, 7034 West Ind. 26, Portland.
He graduated from Jay County High School in 1988 and from Ball State University in Muncie in 1992. He is employed at Emmis Communications in Indianapolis.
