Rathburn, Muhlenkamp to wed
Tarra Ettie Rathburn and Kurt Nicholas Muhlenkamp are planning to exchange vows at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, Ohio, on March 20.
Tarra is a 2001 Jay County High School graduate and is currently enrolled in the Dayton School of Medical Massage. The daughter of Tracy and Tim Fifer, Bryant, and Gary Rathburn, Georgia, she works at MPA Services in Delphos, Ohio.
Kurt is the son of William and Susan Muhlenkamp, Celina, Ohio. Currently a diesel mechanic with Moeller Trucking, Inc., he is a 1996 graduate of Celina High School and a 1998 graduate of Northwestern College.[[In-content Ad]]
