Rees, Millspaugh to wed (9/29/04)

Kristin Elaine Rees and Timothy Alan Millspaugh are planning an Oct. 23 wedding at First Presbyterian Church, Portland.

Kristin is a 1992 graduate of Jay County High School and a 1996 graduate of Hanover College with a bachelor of arts degree in sociology. She earned a masters in counseling psychology in 2003 from Ball State University. She is employed by the Jay School Corporation as a guidance counselor and a gymnastics coach at JCHS.

She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ned Rees, 205 Oak Street, Portland.

Timothy graduated from Delta High School in 1993 and from Ball State University in 1999 with a bachelor of science degree in social studies education. He is employed by the Jay School Corp. as a teacher and coaches football at JCHS.

His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Tom Millspaugh, Eaton.[[In-content Ad]]
