Registration for kindergarten set (02/03/06)

The Jay School Corporation announced the pre-registraton schedule for kindergarten students this week.

Children must be Indiana residents and be at least 5 years old on or before August 1, 2006 to attend kindergarten this fall.

Parents should register their children at the school in the district in which they live, and bring the child’s birth certificate and immunization records.

Each enrollment session will begin at 8:30 a.m. and last approximately two hours.

The schedule is as follows: General Shanks Elementary, April 4; Westlawn Elementary, April 5; Judge Haynes Elementary, April 6; Bloomfield Elementary, April 7; Redkey Elementary, April 11; Pennville Elementary, April 12; East Elementary, April 13.
