Reitz allowed to argue before appeals court (1/29/05)

Andrew Reitz, son of Allen and Nancy Reitz, Portland, was recently admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is also admitted to practice in the state of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southerm District of Ohio.
He is an associate attorney at Faruki Ireland and Cox in Dayton, Ohio, where he works as a commercial litigator.
He is a 2000 honors graduate of Wabash College and a 2003 graduate of Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington.
The Ball State University dean’s list is being republished to add a name.

Vanessa Dalene Wilkins, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Wilkins, Bryant, made the dean’s list at Huntington College for the 2004 fall term.
She is majoring in elementary education.
INDIANA UNIVERSITY
Sophomores Derek Kunkle and Mark C. Addington made the dean’s list for the 2004 fall semester at Indiana University East in Richmond.
Kunkle is the son of Rosi and Jeff Kunkle, Portland, and Addington is the son of Mary Addington and Mark and Tonya Addington, all of Portland.
PURDUE
Sarah Elizabeth Lyons, a 2003 graduate of Jay County High School and the daughter of Dan and Lisa Lyons, Portland, made the dean’s list at Purdue University for the first semester of 2004.
She is a sophomore majoring in pre-pharmacy.
GRADUATED
Matthew Allen Flesher, Ridgeville, graduated from Vincennes University after the 2004 fall semester with an associate of applied science degree in electronics tech.

College goal Sunday is February 13 at 2 p.m. at 34 different sites in Indiana.
The meetings provide free expert help for seniors and their parents in completing the Free Application for Federal Aid (FAFSA).
The FAFSA is a financial aid form required by educational institutions nationwide and must be received by the federal processor before March 10.
