Rigby paces Red Wolves against Mount Union

The Indiana University - East men's basketball team got a pair of 20-point efforts from a Jay County graduate as it competed in the Thomas More College Coach Connor Classic.
Tyler Rigby, JCHS class of 2006, racked up 22 points Sunday in a 96-87 loss to Baldwin-Wallace. The Red Wolves bounced back Monday behind 20 points from Rigby for an 80-62 win over Mount Union.
The junior scored 11 points in the first five minutes of the win over Mount Union on the way to his game-high total. He buried four 3-pointers and also had six rebounds, two steals, one assist and one block.
In the loss to Baldwin-Wallace, Rigby shot 8-of-14 from the field and 3-of-5 from long distance. He added six rebounds, two assists and two steals.
Rigby is averaging a team-best 16.5 points per game this season.

Was the Ohio Northern University women's basketball team's leading scorer off the bench Dec. 22 in a 77-71 victory over Defiance.
Snyder scored seven points to pace the Polar Bears, who led by nine at halftime.
She also had three assists, two rebounds and two steals in 19 minutes.

Committed recently to play baseball next season for Lincoln Memorial University.
Bollenbacher currently pitches for Wabash Valley College, a two-year community college in Mt. Carmel, Ill. He finished the 2009 season with a 3-0 record and 18 strikeouts in 16 2/3 innings.[[In-content Ad]]
