Meggan Ruchgy and Josh Testin are planning a Sept. 19 wedding.
Meggan is the daughter of Joe and Cindy Ruchgy, Portland. She is a 2000 graduate of Jay County High School and earned a bachelor's degree in social work from Ball State University in 2004. She is employed at SCAN, Inc., Fort Wayne.
Josh is the son of Jeff and Sue Testin. He is a 1999 graduate of Leo Jr./Sr. High School and also a graduate of Indiana University. He is employed by the Fort Wayne Komets.[[In-content Ad]]
