Swim club thank yous

The Jay County Summer Swim Team would like to thank the following businesses, organizations and individuals for their contributions this past year:
Delta Theta Tau sorority, Vormohr Medical Center, Pak-A-Sak, Dunn Family Dental Care, Barry and Elizabeth Hudson, Portland Veterinary Clinic, Moser Engineering, Createc, MainSource Bank, Kiwanis, Moose Lodge, First National Bank, Tyson Mexican Original, Ken Schwieterman/True Value Hardware, Papa John’s Pizza, WPGW and The Commercial Review.
The team finished the season with a 6-2 record, first place finishes at the conference relays and the Union City Invitational, and second at the conference meet.
There were more than 100 kids ranging in age from 5 to 18. We had children from the following communities participating: Albany, Bryant, Dunkirk, Fort Recovery, Montpelier, Pennville, Portland, Redkey, Ridgeville and Salamonia.
Again, we thank you. Your support makes it possible to continue this program.
