Candace Renea Betz and Spenser Strome are planning an Aug. 3 wedding.
Candace is the daughter of Steve and Tracy Betz, Portland. She plans to graduate in May of 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana University East in Richmond. She is employed at Adams Memorial Hospital in Decatur.
Spenser is the son of Anita Strome, Monroe, and Russell Strome, Fort Wayne. He received a degree as an ag mechanic from the University of Northwestern, Ohio. He works at Nussbaum Mechanical in Berne.[[In-content Ad]]
