Darla Evelyn Tobias and James Richard Anderson are planning an outdoor wedding for July 12 which will take place at 7:30 p.m. at the home of Eric Noggle, nephew of Tobias.
Darla is the daughter of Evelyn L. Sierer, Union City, Ohio, and Charles J. Noggle. She is a 1984 graduate of the American School of Chicago, and a 1993 graduate of the School of Paralegal Studies where she specialized in civil litigation and graduated with honors.
James is a 1979 graduate of Union City Community High School, and is currently employed at Alphabet Corp., Portland. He is the son of Dorothy Carpenter, Springield, Ohio.[[In-content Ad]]
