Tribe tops Minster

MINSTER, Ohio - He might own the majority of school career passing records, but on this night, Fort Recovery's Greg Kahlig used his legs for the winning score.
The Indians, locked in a tie game with the Minster Wildcats in the fourth quarter, drove for the winning score. Kahlig's 4-yard run on fourth-and-goal at 9:22 capped off a 79-yard drive and proved to be the game-winning TD.
Fort Recovery, which improved to 2-2 overall and 1-1 in Midwest Athletic Conference play, had 242 yards in total offense - including 220 yards passing from Kahlig.
The Indians' defense was also solid, limiting Minister to 198 total yards and the one score.
Kahlig finished Friday 22-for-38 passing for the 220 yards and one rushing touchdown.
Brian Keller, who put the Indians up 6-0 with a 4-yard run in the first period, led the Fort ground game with 30 yards on seven carries.
Four receivers had at least three receptions for the Tribe Craig Tobe (9-103), Michael Gaerke (5-44), Nathan Keller (5-36) and Cody Fiely (3-37)
