Jumping out to a 21-nothing lead in the first quarter, Minster didn’t look back. The shellacking saw Fort Recovery’s offense held to just 98 net yards, while Minster chalked up 271.

Then, with 1:43 on the clock in the first, Jon Kaylor scored for Minster on a 15-yard pass from Scott Sherman. Whitford’s kick was again good, making it 14-0.
The final indignity of the first quarter came less than a minute later when Parks scored again on a 4-yard run. Again, Whitford’s kick was good.
Things looked a bit brighter from then out, but not much.
