Anna Marissa White and Ryan James Fosnaugh are planning to exchange vows on Sept. 23.
Anna graduated from Purdue University and Ivy Tech in Indianapolis and is employed at Adams Memorial Hospital. She is the daughter of Cindy White and Terry and Debbie White, all of Portland.
