Scotty Gillum, 43, Pennville, operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent of .15 percent or more, a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced to one year in Jay County Jail, with all but 30 days suspended. As part of a plea agreement, a count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated was dismissed. He was given two days credit for one day served and will serve the remaining 28 days of his sentence on electronically monitored home detention. He was fined $100 and assessed court costs of $168.50. He was ordered to pay a $200 alcohol and drug countermeasures fee and a $400 substance abuse program fee. Harley Golder, 19, Portland, possession of marijuana or hashish, a Class A misdemeanor — Granted a conditional discharge for one year. If he fulfills the conditions of his custody, the court will dismiss the charges against him.
