Former officer endorses Mann

To the editor:
I would like to take this opportunity to write to the voters of Jay County.
This election Randy Mann is running for commissioner of the middle district, a position being vacated by long time commissioner, Milo Miller Jr.
I had the opportunity to work with Randy Mann many times while he worked for the City of Portland. Randy was always willing to come out at any time and assist the police department.
I can honestly say that when Randy worked in the parks department, the parks were always in great shape. Randy always took his job and responsibilities serious and would put forth 110 percent.
Randy has served on many boards in Portland and Jay County and has always conducted business in a polite, professional and timely manner. I believe if elected Randy will be dedicated to the citizens of Jay County and work hard serving as the commissioner.
I would like to encourage everyone to vote for Randy Mann for commissioner of the middle district.
