Leslie “Les” Steen, 60, Bryant, died Sunday at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.
Born in Portland to Harry and Aldamae (Smith) Steen, he had worked in construction and for Sheller Globe, the City of Portland and Standard Brush and Broom.
He was a member of Jay County Conservation Club.
Surviving are two daughters, Sherry Dugan (husband: Andy), and Leslye Hudson, both of Portland; a son, Chad Steen, Westville; 10 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Visitation is 1 to 3 p.m. Friday at Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland, followed by services at 3 p.m. with Pastor Adam Ridenour officiating. Burial will follow in Salamonia Cemetery.
