Notice of Sheriff's Sale 
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jay County, Indiana, in Cause No. 38D01-1312-MF-000057, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Chad Tomlinson a/k/a Chad M. Tomlinson, David Andrews a/k/a David W. Andrews a/k/a David Wayne Andrews and Communitywide Federal Credit Union, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 9th day of October , 2014, at 10:00 A.M. of said day, at the 3rd Floor, Courthouse, Portland, IN 47371, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jay County, Indiana: 
Lot No. Twenty (20) in Myers and Kikendall's Addition to the City of Portland, Indiana. Also, a triangular parcel of Middle Street in the City of Portland, Jay County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot Twenty (20) in Myers & Kikendall's Subdivision of Portland, thence West Eighteen (18) feet and ten and one-half (10-1/2) inches to a point on the North side of said High Street, thence in a Northeasterly direction and on a straight line to the Northwest corner of said Lot Twenty (20), thence South on the West line of said lot a distance of one hundred thirty-two (132) feet to the place of beginning.

and commonly known as: 538 W High St, Portland, IN 47371. 
Subject to all easements and restrictions of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause # 38D01-1312-MF-000057 in the Superior Court of the County of Jay Indiana, and subject to all real estate taxes, and assessments currently due, delinquent or which are to become a lien. 
Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee, or the Mortgagee's Attorney.
