Carol Katherine Mizner, 90, Dunkirk, died Friday at Albany Healthcare.
Born in Trenton, N.J., to William and Maye (Smyth) Frost, she was a 1943 graduate of Moorestown High School.
She retired as a receptionist at Kerr Glass in Dunkirk and was a member of Delta Theta Tau, Eastern Star Halfway Lodge, Muncie Moose Lodge and American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post No. 227.
Surviving are two sons, John “Bob” R. Mizner (Kathleen Branham), Albany, and William F. Mizner (wife: Janet), Richmond; a brother, William C. Frost, Cherryhill, N.J.; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and three nephews.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Grace Episcopal Church in Muncie with the Rev. Thomas Blake officiating. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Dunkirk.
