BERNE — The South Adams High School volleyball team rallied after dropping the first two games Tuesday to defeat the visiting Southern Wells Raiders.
The Starfires trailed briefly after giving up the first point in the fifth and deciding game, but used a 9-2 run sparked by a pair of Addie Wanner blocks and back-to-back aces from Caralie Farlow to take control. Southern Wells got within 14-11 late before SAHS junior Kylie Grabau recorded the match-ending kill.
