In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5-5(a)(9), notice is hereby given that Greg Westgerdes, 8870 E 500 N, Portland, Indiana 47371 is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Construction of an animal feeding operation located at approximately 7600 E 500 N. Run-off and surface drainage from the project site will flow towards and may discharge to Mercy R Engle Ditch.
