The State of Indiana to the defendants named above and any other person or persons who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court named above. The nature of the suit against you is: Foreclosure ofreal estate mortgage on:
Lot Numbered Seventy-two (72) in Woodlawn Park Addition to the Town, now City of Portland, Indiana and
Lot Number Twenty-Four (24) in Votaw's West Addition to the Town, now City of Portland, Indiana.
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose addresses are follows:
Anthony Bright, 218 S. Munson Ave., Portland, IN 47371;
Georgia Bright, 
621 W. Second Street, 
Portland, IN 47371;
Diane Lawhead, 621 W. 2nd Street, Portland, IN 47371;
Faith Partington, 10220 E. Ocotillo Rim Trl, Vail, AZ 85641;
Sandra Rivera, 8880 Old Kings Road S. Unit 95, 
Jacksonville, FL 32257;
Unknown Occupant, 1003 W. Arch St., Portland, IN 47371; and to the following defendants whose whereabouts are unknown:
Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Georgia M. Bright (now deceased)
In addition to the above named defendants being served by this summons there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction of occlutence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attomey, within thirty (30) days after the third Notice of Suit is published, and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
