Clinton “Clint” Allan Pogue, 30, Union City, died Sunday at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, from injuries sustained in a work-related accident. He was the brother of a Dunkirk resident.
Born in Union City to Christina Webb and Everett “Butch” Pogue, he grew up in Jay County before moving to the Union City area. A graduate of Union City High School, he is survived by his wife Cindy (Vaubel) Pogue whom he married on Nov. 4, 2006.
Surviving in addition to his parents and wife are three children, Karter, Mackenzie and Madeline, all at home; his grandmother; five sisters, including Mindy Fuller (husband: Lonnie), Dunkirk; and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins in Jay County.
Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Pleasant Hill Church, 9945 N. 800 East, Union City, followed by services at 8 p.m. with the Rev. Bruce Bryan officiating.
Memorials may be sent to Pacesetter Bank for his children, with envelopes available at the funeral home.
Reichard Funeral Home in Union City is in charge of the arrangements.
