Cynthia “Cyndi” A. Dull, 51, Bluffton, died Wednesday at her home.
Born in Jay County to Robert Miles and Hedy (Schumacher) Loper, she was a 1981 graduate of Jay County High School and was attending Ivy Tech at John Jay Center in Portland to become a paralegal.
She worked at Franklin Electric and was the legal secretary for Rick Meyers law firm for many years.
She was past president of Jay County Extension Homemakers Club, was active in Jay County Civic Theatre, was vice president of the Bluffton Band Boosters and attended Hope Missionary Church and First Church of Christ, both in Bluffton.
Surviving are four children, Michael F. Shaneyfelt (wife: Brittany), Fairmount, Kirsten L. Shaneyfelt, Bluffton, Blaze McClain, Fort Wayne, and Draven R.M. Dull, Bluffton; four brothers, Donald M. Loper (wife: Joan) and William R. Loper (wife: Cheryl), both of Portland, Gary A. Loper (wife: Shannon), Springville, and Jason L. Loper, Ridgeville; a sister, Amy L. Blackburn (husband: Trent), Bluffton; and two grandchildren.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at First Church of Christ in Bluffton with Pastor Larry Sprinkle and Gary Aupperle officiating.
Visitation is 2 to 8 p.m. Monday at Thoma-Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton, and one hour prior to services on Tuesday at the church.
Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery in Geneva.
