Daniel May Jr., 61, Berne, died Wednesday at his home.
Born in Jay County to Marjorie (Affolder) and Daniel S. May Sr., he was a graduate of South Adams High School in Berne.
He had worked at Smith Brothers of Berne for 41 years.
Surviving are his father, Daniel May Sr., Berne; a sister, Sue Krueckeberg (husband: Tom), Decatur; two brothers, David May (wife: Sara), Curtis May (wife: Rhonda), Berne; two nephews, four nieces, two great-nieces and eight great-nephews.
Visitation is 2 to 5 p.m. today at Downing & Glancy Funeral Home in Geneva, followed by services at 5 p.m. with Pastor Jeff Gaskill officiating.
Burial will be in Decatur Cemetery.
