Temple Baptist to host revival

Temple Baptist Church will host a tent revival with special speaker Pastor Randall Glenn. Services will begin at 6:30 p.m. Sunday and continue through Wednesday. There will also be a song service and special music each evening.
The church is located at 17920 S. Ind. 167, Dunkirk.

Movie nights
Hopewell of Life Ministries will have a movie night on Friday. Pasta will be served at 6 p.m., and the movie “God’s Not Dead” will begin at 7 p.m. The church is located two miles east of Ind. 1 on 200 South.
The movie “Heaven is for Real” will be shown at 7 p.m. Oct. 3 at Evangelical Methodist Church, 930 W. Main St., in Portland. Refreshments will be served. For more information, call Pastor Steve at (260) 726-8778 or (260) 251-0970.

Bible study
The Unnamed, a six-week Bible study, will begin at 6 p.m. Sunday in the Fireside Room at Fort Recovery Church of the Nazarene, 401 E. Boundary St.

Free meal
Bread of Life Community Family Meal will be served Monday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Asbury United Methodist Church, 204 E. Arch St., in Portland.
Everyone is welcome to share a meal and conversation. The meal this week will be prepared and served by First Presbyterian Church.

Re-Awakening
Jay County Re-Awakening prayer groups meet each Thursday at 7 p.m. This week the groups are asked to pray for Asbury United Methodist Church and its pastor Tim Dilley. Also pray for church staff and council.
