Breaking: Patriots fall to Giants
The last thing the Patriots needed to do was make it easy for the Giants.
Jay County’s boys soccer team had four own-goals Thursday in a 8-3 loss to the visiting Marion Giants.
Seniors Alex Abbott and Jalen Ryder scored goals for the Patriots (3-8-1), with Abbott adding his 11th and 12th marks of the season to extend his team lead. Ryder netted his third goal of the game.
Jay County has lost its last four games.
