Join Eagles for celebration
To the editor:
Time flies when you are having fun.
Back in 1905, The Portland Eagles 928 received their charter and in 1915 purchased our current building at 320 N. Meridian.
One hundred years have passed. A lot of good times, hard work and dedicated members have kept us growing.
We are having a 100-year celebration on Aug. 29. There will be entertainment, food, drinks, a car show and music from noon to midnight.
We hope everyone comes and helps us celebrate.
